For the convenience of our esteemed clients and to save time and costs for our dear patients, you can optionally request your test results online.

In-Person Results

Results can be received in person at the laboratory. Hours of operation are from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM. To prevent any issues, please pay attention to the following points:

1. Before coming to receive your results, please ensure that the result date indicated at the bottom of your receipt has arrived.
2. Please bring your receipt with you when you come to receive your results.
3. For tests that may have delayed results, such as screening tests and tests sent to Germany, please confirm the availability of the results by calling us or checking the online results section before visiting.
4. For your convenience and to avoid wasting time, please come to receive your results during the specified hours and avoid coming at other times.
5. If you encounter any problems or have any questions, you can contact the laboratory’s results and reception department.

Since the patient’s condition before sample collection is important, we kindly request that our esteemed clients fully cooperate with the reception staff in answering questions and completing the necessary forms.
