First and second-trimester pregnancy screening is performed using the Delphia Xpress device, a product of PerkinElmer, USA. This device has been installed for the first time in the western region of the country and in the province of Hamedan. Research and educational activities are conducted in line with the university’s objectives.
Note: You can only access your results if you have no outstanding balance and your test is in the “Ready for Results” status.
Login Information:
Username: Your registration number, national ID number, or patient ID.
Password: Your membership number or the mobile phone number registered with the laboratory.
Login Options: You can log in using either your registration number and membership number or your national ID and mobile number. If you cannot log in using your national ID and mobile number, please contact our reception staff to verify your information.
Steps to Access Your Online Results:
Go to the laboratory website.
Select the “Online Results” option on the homepage.
Enter the online results portal.
Choose your user type: (Patients: Patient Results; Laboratories and Contract Centers: Staff Login)
Enter the requested patient information.
Click the “Login” button to view your test results.
How to Pay Outstanding Balance:
Use the “Payment” button in the “Actions” column and select the Pasargad gateway to pay your balance.
After payment, be sure to log out and then log back in to update your information.
Troubleshooting:
If you have received a message stating that your results are ready and you have no outstanding balance, we recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox for the best experience. (This applies to both mobile and desktop devices.)
If you encounter an “Unexpected Error” message, you may have already logged in from another device or browser, or you may not have logged out properly after your last visit.
To resolve this issue, click the “Logout” button and then log in again. Clearing your browser cache can also help. To clear your cache on a computer, press Ctrl+F5 on the results page.
